Caroline who obtained a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird, brings over 30 years of marketing and sales expertise to the table. As a former International Area Sales Manager and Global Account Manager at Newell Rubbermaid, she consistently surpassed sales targets, earning multiple awards. As the Founder of CARE Sales and Marketing, her focus remains on customer needs and fostering business growth.
Abraham Steinbok (Sales Director)
With 32 years of experience as Chief Operating Officer at a major US Member-owned Home Center in Barbados, Abe played a key role in expanding operations from 2000 SF to 50,000 SF across five locations. His hands-on involvement spanned all aspects, from Purchasing to Staffing. As a seasoned logistics and procurement expert, he has managed global full container shipments from China, South America, Mexico, and the US. Now, transitioning to a Sales Management role, he leverages this extensive experience to enrich the buying experience and drive retail success with his tangible knowledge.
